Is it OK to run the `initial-setup-graphical` wizard multiple times?

I am having trouble with errors that are occurring in the post-installation “initial setup” wizard (I made a separate post about the issues here).

I have seen other threads in this forum (for example) where people suggest to manually run the initial setup program by doing sudo /usr/libexec/initial-setup/initial-setup-graphical.

My question is: can I cause problems to my qubes installation by running this program multiple times? Since I am seeing errors when running it, my idea is to keep running it in different ways until I can get it to succeed. However, I want to know if there are negative side effects that can happen from running initial-setup-graphical many times.

Thanks in advance for any insight into this.

I tried this several times, and on the second and following starts, the initial setup failed without giving a reason. So, it did not destroy anything, but it also did not achieve anything. In one case, it displayed the error message suggesting to use qubesctl, but that failed too, and giving as a reason just the text “failed”.

So, probably attempting to restart the configuration will not help at all.
