Internal error: Unable to reset PCI device 0000:00:1f.6

I tried to install Qubes 4.2.2 ISO on my ThinkPad E16 Gen 2-Core Ultra 7 155H, I got the following error in Qubes setup:

stderr: "Start failed: internal error: Unable to reset PCI device 0000:00:1f.6: no
FLR,PM reset or bus reset available,see /var/log/libvirt/libxl/libxl-driver.log

I did some searching for this error and found this solution to enable no-strict-reset. But, my laptop freezes after entering the LUKS decryption password, so I can’t change the settings for qubes.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Try to boot the Qubes OS with disabled qubes autostart:

I tried adding qubes.skip_autostart to the module2 parameter, but it froze again.

Try to reinstall the Qubes OS with kernel-latest, there is a separate GRUB menu option in the Qubes OS installer for this.
