I too tried to email a support issue (post install config freezes at configuring network on a Dell E6420) to the above email and received back an Insufficient Trust Level email. Would it be possible to increase my trust level so that I could post?

Oh. That’s unfortunate. Sorry for the delay. I believe this is because Trust Level 0 users cannot create more than 3 topics. And you were trying to create your fourth one via email, I guess.
Anyways, should should now be able to do that as you’re now trust level 1
