Hi I have a issue with the Initial Setup screen not showing up after installing QubesOS. Do anyone know how to fix this?

What do you get?
- does the machine boot?
- can you unlock the harddrive?
- does the graphical interface start?
If you get to 3., can you open a terminal and run the initial setup from there?
sudo /usr/libexec/initial-setup/initial-setup-graphical
(IIRC)
