[idea] Somehow mark windows from paused domains

For instance, shading. This way it will be obvious if a window belongs to a paused domain, and user will not experience this short period of wandering why the window is unresponsive.

This is just a small, unimportant quality of life improvement. I want to check what people think about it.

This looks reasonable (and you could create and Issue for it). However, at the moment, there are more serious problems with pausing qubes: Mitigations for resource usage covert side channels in qubes - #7 by fsflover.
