I want to eliminate Bluetooth connection errors

I connect a Bluetooth surround speaker via a USB Bluetooth dongle and listen to music, live streaming, etc. I install BlueZ and BlueMan (I think), attach the dongle, search with BluetoothManager, and connect to the speaker that comes up.

However, the connection is lost after suspend, etc., and if I try to reconnect it in that state, it times out. There are circumstances where speakers cannot be used with AppVM and we would like to use DisposableVM to solve this problem.

Hello!

It seems like your bluetooth dongle gets detached on suspend. Can you compare lsblk in the cube to which you attach the dongle before and after suspend?

Thank you, I have tried lsblk, but neither of them seem to change the state of the disk system, I wish there was an lsblk version of Bluetooth.

I am so sorry it is lsusb for usb devices

Using this command, you can check which usb devices are there, thus making sure whether your adapter is present before and after a suspend.

If the adapter disappears after a suspend, try attaching it again and see if it solves the problem.

It was lsusb, not lsblk - I’ve almost never touched Linux itself and wondered why the usb device didn’t show up with just HDD/SSD.However, I just did an update and now I can get sound on the TV and PC → TV → Surround Speakers, which is the connection path, and the problem is gone.

I think it may have been the fact that the sound was originally being output via Bluetooth when it was originally being output via HDMI connection that was causing the batting.I will leave it like this for a while longer and see how it goes.
