I can't boot the latest kernels

Qubes is installed on my Lenovo Legion 5P laptop (Ryzen 7 4800H processor). It works great with older kernels.

dom0 updated yesterday and I couldn’t boot until I switched the default kernel back to

5.4.142-1.fc25.qubes.x86_64

How do I figure out why the machine would not boot on kernel

5.13.13-1.fc25.qubes.x86_64

Can confirm that with R4.1 and Kernel 5.13.*-fc32 on Ryzen 5850U and there are more reports of the same is issue. Some mentioning 5.12 as failing but havent tried that.

The system crashes/reboots almost instantly after it starts booting this kernel.
