I cannot open any qubes

So it seems that after checking on Qubes global config, in the usb input devices, some policies have been changed (don’t know how or when?!?).
After changing back to allow some mouse and keyboard controllers to connect to dom0 and rebooted the machine on xfce wm seems to work properly(more or less).
I will check again with the i3 if everything is working.

EDIT: UPDATE

So i3wm doesn’t work properly. Also sometimes in xfce when connected to an external monitor with hdmi, and I restart the sys-usb it blanks out completely the laptop screen and the external monitor becomes green.
I have to restart the laptop in order to fix this.

On i3wm I have screen tearing (or flashes every 10 seconds or something) when I connect to external monitor.
I installed picom as I found from another post as a solution but it doesn’t seem to solve it.
Finally my laptop show less RAM than it is supposed to.
It is a WIN max 2 with supposedly 62 Gb of RAM
my report:

UPDATE 2

lower the UMA Frame Buffer on BIOS settings

Update 3
I finally managed to use i3wm without screen tearing.
No idea how it was solved. (Maybe new kernel update?)
Maybe this: Screen flickering using i3wm in 4.1.1

Final issue is the changing of keyboard language on VMs
