I got this Hp Envy x360 Laptop with Ryzen 7 and AMD graphics and recently it’s been restarting randomly, i spent days trying to figure it out and found that the wifi card (mediatek thing) was unstable and disabled it, having done this it was working completely fine that day but the next the same issues started to arise. it’s not even showing up in event viewer.
The symptoms are; Restarting, freezing, restarting into “diagnosing your pc” BIOS message appearing when holding power button for 10 seconds. and the frequency of these occurring will increase gradually and occasionally i’ll get split second glitches in the display before it restarts.
I know it’s not a Ram issue, and i know it isn’t an SSD i’ve checked thoroughly but i’m really not sure what to do any help would be appreciated
