How to switch between workspaces with keyboard or touchapd?

Hi, is it possible to switch between workspaces with keyboard shortcut or thouchpad gesture?

Keyboard per default its CTRL+[F1-12] (i prefer it to “SUPER” instead of CTRL*)

Touchpad not as far as i know.

*because CTRL often used inside VMs and then when i scroll after switching workspaces it often just zoomed in and out of websites
