How to have 2nd drive belonging to sys-usb, not dom0

I have a laptop with two drives. The first drive has Qubes OS installed. I use the second drive as storage.

I see the second drive as belonging to dom0, not sys-usb. This is a security issue.

Can I make the second drive belong to sys-usb, not dom0?

I guess you don’t need help anymore but I’m sure others will find this while searching for answers.
The answer is you can’t. I assume the drive is an internal SSD which is probably a PCI device. That’s why it’s attached by default to dom0. sys-usb is for usb devices not for pci devices.
