Sorry to hear you want to delete your forum account.

The forum software we’re running (Discourse) makes it so it’s only possible to delete accounts only if it is relatively new with few posts and afterward they need to request forum admins to delete it (which in this case is anonymization in order to keep post history but remove all personal information related to the account, including account name, email, etc.)

If you wish to have your account anonymized, please message the moderators: request account deletion.

My account is very recent and I have barely posted. I don’t want it simply anonymized, I want it deleted. Please tell me how to proceed.

This creates a message where the “account deletion policy” link is currently broken. There is a policy post here, which contains an extended discussion by the moderators on how to handle deletion requests.

Sadly it still seems to be non-clickable. Itry sending the message but change the destination from @ moderators to yourself.

I think the link has to be encoded the same way the remaining message is. But I don’t have the time to investigate.

The quoted inline URL is not clickable as-is, but the amended link is valid when opening it in a separate browser window or tab.

How can i delete my account? If its not possible, an admin can delete my acc please?

Can someone tell me please how to unsubscribe. I’ve looked at options in my profile and account but can see no way to close my account. Some directions please.

How do I delete this account from your forum? or Could you Please, delete my account from your forum and everything I have posted ( 1. my HCL report and 2. How long it took to get use to Qubes)?
