Help, suddenly after login only the desktop background loads and nothing else

I’m on stable latest version of qubes, today i started my pc, logged in. no topbar, no ctrl+alt+t terminal. i cant do anything.

i may have added a script to my bash profile, that caused this, i assume i cant fix this.

you can switch to a terminal using CRTL + ALT + F1-F6 if I’m not mistaken
