Hardware requirements for Qubes OS

Hi,
I’m considering buying Qube OS certified laptop from this link:

There are three models, one of which (Insurgo PrivacyBeast X2300 ) is out of stock.
The specs for the other two use CPUs, chipsets that are discontinued or very old (2013).

Are there any lists of certified hardware that are recent and use more powerful/advanced CPUs/graphics/chipsets.

Thanks.
Uzma

@zbyte609 Would the http://qubesosfasa4zl44o4tws22di6kepyzfeqv3tg4e3ztknltfxqrymdad.onion/doc/certified-hardware/#nitropad-t430 be a viable option? If not maybe look at the https://3mdeb.com/shop/open-source-hardware/dasharo-compatible-with-msi-pro-z-690a-ddr4-full-pc-build/
For whatever my opinion is worth, if you don’t require a laptop I would seriously consider a kgpe-d16. Would also look at the NovaCustom options.

Not recommendations, merely thoughts

There currently isn’t any newer certified hardware, NovaCustom are working on getting modern laptops certified, but it’s WIP.

The Purism Librem is probably your best option if you want something newer, it can use pureboot the Purism version of heads, and you can buy them with Qubes OS installed.

Thank you. I’ll review their website for more information. They appear to run ‘PureOS’ but will ask them about Qubes.

Thanks. I’ll review the websites.
