Hackers damage my storage when shutting down

User Support Help, I think I've been hacked

When I boot any device I get hacked instantly. When I tried to get them caught with Qubes, I got a storage error, which originates by them damaging my vms in shut down process.

Does anyone know how to print these attacks in order to hand it to the police easily w/o any technical knowledge?

Describe the storage error and VM damaging during shutdown symptoms in more detail.

Unfortunately the vendor withdrew for insurance reasons so I cant describe the error anymore. I wasnt able to start any qube.

I got a new machine and will try again …
