hello guys iv recently strarted playing around with qubes iv managed to get it runing kinda im not a native linux user whats the easiest way to format the hard drive and do a fresh install without effecting heads bios?
is it possible to format all using dom0 terminal from inside qubes?

By far, the easiest way may be to reinstall Qubes. Unless you only have a problem in a specific qube (aka. AppVM) - in which case you can look into the backup and restoration tool.
I’m not sure I understand by this.
When you do a fresh install you have the option to create space on the
drive by deleting existing partitions. Don’t try to do this from within
dom0.
Formatting the drive like this wont affect your BIOS, heads or
otherwise.
