Hi, I just upgraded to 4.2.3 and have had a couple of issues I have not had before on the prior version (will post one here and another in a separate thread). I have had all firefox based browsers I have tested (Mullvad, FireDragon, LibreWolf, Zen, hardened arkenfox Firefox profile, and just a plain Firefox profile) crash unexpectedly after using. Literally the window just disappears without warning on all of them after browsing for a bit.
I am mostly using the debian template with other programs installed, but I also had it happen first with the default fedora template (at least I think so - hard to remember exactly whether debian or fedora because I thought was a random glitch when happened the first time and thought nothing of it) when I booted the system using the untrusted qube without any modifications early on before I had many hardly any modifications to the system.
It has happened in nearly all the qubes I have done any browsing activity on. I never had any issue like this on 4.1. The browsers and OS were always rock solid. And if the browser did crash on rare occassions, I was clearly abusing the number of tabs for an extended period of time with some warning in terms of responsiveness. Now it can happen with no warning with like 2-3 tabs open.
Brave on the other hand has no issues. I have have Brave and any one of my firefox based browsers I have been testing in the same qube, and Brave never crashes while it is literally expected now for any of the firefox based on browsers. So does not look like stability related to the qubes themselves - application specific. And I jacked up the resources to that qube and it did not help the crashing.
Anyone else experienced anything like this, or have any suggestions on what might be going on?
