File dialog stopped working in fedora minimal

I have zenity, xdg-desktop-portal & xdg-desktop-portal-gtk all installed.

For some reason the file dialog (open as/ save as) stopped working in all applications. I don’t know how or what to do. It used to work fine.

I’m using fedora-42-minimal on Qubes OS 4.3.0-rc3

Reinstalling xdg-desktop-portal & xdg-desktop-portal-gtk fixed it. Not sure why it broke in the first place though.

I have the same issue. In my case I am using KDE apps, and used “kde” dialog option in qt6ct. It got a lot of issues starting from fedora-42-minimal, too.
