Please add into the OS base that it has pre-installed all nessecary programs and tools required to configure any kinds of network connection (cable, wifi, etc.).
This way, the system can become easyly implemented, even when using the “expert” instalation (without templates)
I’m not sure what you mean, default templates do have network tools for wired, wireless etc.
Or you mean to add that to dom0? No, this is explicitly not a goal, dom0 should never be connected to the network directly.
Hello. I had meant that there should be pre-installed tools that would allow to start network (for example wifi) for those who had decided to choose the installation without the templates.
Currently it seem to be difficult, since the nessecary tools are missing
Answered in your other thread about this:
The “expert” option intentionally doesn’t configure anything so that the expert user can configure things however he or she likes. It sounds like you should simply not choose the expert option and let the installer set things up normally. Then you should have Internet access out of the box without having to do anything.
