Fast copy to USB drive

hi I want to copy my backup file to a USB 3 external SSD drive. But in Qubes 4.1 it shows me 30 Hours but in 4.0 rc3 it was done in a few hours what went wrong which factors are limiting the speed?

is pvh or hvm better because now I have a backup qube? should I insert the USB to pci in the qubes settings?

I have found out that only one USB port is working fine and the other both are working different do no automated device mount and no fast copy’s are possible
