Escaping characters?

In my last post I used same format in email as usual, but characters
seem to have been escaped. Is this how it appeared in the web Forum or
was link correctly rendered?

The Full guidance is here

If not correctly shown, can someone edit it for me? (I do not expect
explanation.)

Renders as “Here” + a link with this content: “How to contribute — Qubes OS Documentation” and this link: https://doc.qubes-os.org/en/latest/introduction/contributing.html#using-ai-in-contributions

Well, “here” links are bad so that’s no a big issue, but it is still annoying.

“any” doesn’t render as bold text

Done, here is a comparison:

  • Before:
\[here\]\(https://doc.qubes-os.org/en/latest/introduction/contributing.html#using-ai-in-contributions)
  • After:
[here](https://doc.qubes-os.org/en/latest/introduction/contributing.html#using-ai-in-contributions)

Thanks. I had assumed that a previous commenter had done this.

Only a few members (trusted level 4) can do that kind of edit. Most of us can only edit “wiki” posts (community guides).

Thanks. I did not appreciate the limits on activity, or who has these
levels.
