I’ve been trying to download qubes on an external ssd, when I select the ssd as the installation destination Error Checking Storage Configuration pops up right above the installation destination. I went to click for details and it says “resource to create this format lvmpv is unavailable”
How do I solve this issue to finally get the OS on my device?
Try to run the Qubes installer with kernel-latest (last option in grub menu).
Try to change storage mode from RAID to AHCI in BIOS. But I’m not sure if it’ll affect external drive.
