Emergency Dracut Shell: Qubes not working for no reason

yesterday I turned my laptop on and I get to the Qubes disk password and it doesn’t take my password then. then after a certain amount of types of denying me I get the this ternmal and get the message that my disk is not found.

EDIT: I restarted my computer to see the message when it first went in the emergency shell is says
/dev/mapper/qubes_dom0-root does not exist
/dev/qubes_dom0/root does not exist
/dev/qubes_dom0/swap does not exist

one of related problem:

Is this screen normal? (Entering emergency mode / dracut init-queue timeout)

What does this mean? I only opened my laptop, pressed the button to boot it up, and left my office for a workout. I came back, and this was showing. My cat may have done something?? [IMG_9571]

Disk Encryption (LUKS) Fails on Very Long Passwords

Hi so I wanted to update my password to something more secure. I chose a password with over 100 characters, passphrase to be precise. Now I got the issue that at boot-up I only got one chance at entering the password. If I am wrong, the password prompt reappears; however, after entering the password again, the prompt disappears and does not come back.
