Does the lamp continue to blink after making the installation usb?

I created a new rc5 installation usb, but the usb light is still blinking long after I finished creating it.

How did you create it?

Run sync command after dd command if you didn’t use conv=fsync option.

Thanks, I used rufas in windows 10 environment. rufas settings are also correct.

I just did not run it in Qubesos, so to be safe I will copy the iso and run it again using the dd command.
