Do I have to attach usb mouse/keyboard to dom0 to use them elsewhere?

I do not need to use my USB mouse or keyboard in dom0, however I would like to use them in an AppVM and only in that AppVM. Is that possible?

I have tried editing the policy files as per the USB documentation substituting my AppVM for dom0 (“sys-usb myQube allow”), but it didn’t seem to work.

dom0 is the one who handle gui, so until you apply gui domain, nope you cant.
