“Error mounting /dev/sda1 at /run/media/user/MyPassport : unknown error when mounting /dev/sda1”

Bonjour Solene. Voilà ce que ça donne (1/2)

[user@vault ~]$ sudo dmesg

[user@vault ~]$ ntfsfix --clear-dirty /dev/sda1
Mounting volume… Error opening read-only ‘/dev/sda1’: Permission denied
FAILED
Attempting to correct errors… Error opening read-only ‘/dev/sda1’: Permission denied
FAILED
Failed to startup volume: Permission denied
Error opening ‘/dev/sda1’: Read-only file system
Volume is corrupt. You should run chkdsk.

sudo ntfsfix --clear-dirty /dev/sda1

merci j’allais tenter le chkdsk…

Effectivement voilà ce que ça donne.

[user@vault ~]$ sudo ntfsfix --clear-dirty /dev/sda1
Mounting volume… $MFTMirr does not match $MFT (record 3).
FAILED
Attempting to correct errors…
Processing $MFT and $MFTMirr…
Reading $MFT… OK
Reading $MFTMirr… OK
Comparing $MFTMirr to $MFT… FAILED
Correcting differences in $MFTMirr record 3…OK
Processing of $MFT and $MFTMirr completed successfully.
Setting required flags on partition… OK
Going to empty the journal ($LogFile)… OK
Checking the alternate boot sector… OK
NTFS volume version is 3.1.
NTFS partition /dev/sda1 was processed successfully.
