Disable clearnet traffic

Want to Torify the entire system, Disable the clearnet traffic. How can i do this?

Try looking at Whonix.

I already use Whonix. But Patrick (Whonix Owner) said that disabling clearnet traffic on Qubes OS it’s not easy. So i guess that to disable clearnet traffic on Qubes OS use sys-whonix as NetVM in all VMS is not sufficient.
