Device-mapper issue after backup restored

I have initialy done the in place upgrade for 4.3.0 on my system then made a backup and restored it back to a fresh 4.3 system after a reboot there was a device-mapper issue that this faild.

How to fix this and is this a bug?

If it’s too long and you can’t copy text directly (like trying to get help for a Qubes machine without internet access), there [are] online OCR tools to convert an image to text.
