Denied qubes.InputTablet from sys-net to dom0

I’m new to Qubes, I don’t know what I don’t know, thanks in advance for replies and understanding.

I have installed Qubes 4.2.3 on a laptop with a touch screen. On start up I get the message:

Denied qubes.InputTablet from sys-net to dom0

In dom0 I believe I see that the touchscreen is a USB device

[scott@dom0 ~]$ qvm-device usb list
BACKEND:DEVID DESCRIPTION USED BY
sys-net:4-5 056a:525a_Wacom_Co._Ltd._Pen_and_multitouch_sensor

I don’t imagine attaching it presents a vulnerability but am not sure the correct way to proceed on resolving the startup message.

Thanks again for any replies.

In your dom0 qubes settings (I think its called qubes configuration manager or something like that), you can allow usb touchscreens to be automatically allowed to attach to dom0 in the same way as usb keyboards and mice. This will prevent that message from showing up.

Thanks for the reply. I’ll track that down.
