Debian 13 templates available for testing

the standardizing fonts issue that got fixed in fedora template releases still is an issue in debian-13-xfce:

**Qubes OS version** R4.0 **Brief summary** FF, Chromium in Debian 10, FF i…n Fedora 32 all can display other non-latin languages like Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, etc. For some reason Korean isn't displayed. **To Reproduce** _Steps to reproduce the behavior:_ _1. Go to https://ko.wikipedia.org _2. the tools for attaching android phones to the computer ( gvfs-backends mtp-tools) are not included in debian-13-xfce, altho they are included in fedora template releases like fedora-42-xfce. would help reduce the need for users needing to search & find guides such as : How to Connect To Android via USB

in general, it would be great to have more robust processes to ensure feature parity between fedora & debian templates - there are probably other examples to the above.
