Debian-11 and fedora-36 qube frequent crashes: pulseaudio, vhci_device, ACPI errors

I’m experiencing sudden, intermittent, frequent shutdowns in all of my debian-11 VMs (AppVM and disposable). Although I’ve been experiencing this for a while, this problem has recently changed from a crash every 1-3 days to about every 20 minutes. This seems to be more of a problem when copying or moving files over my network, although this isn’t the root issue because these qubes will also crash when sitting idle. I’m on Qubes 4.1 (installed as 4.1, not an upgrade from 4.0) on a Librem 14v1 with 2 TB SSD and 64 GB RAM.

Below is error output from journalctl in one of the debian-11 AppVMs that demonstrates this. The other AppVMs say essentially the same thing. I’ve done some research into these errors and have not found great solutions. Is anyone else experiencing any of these? Any ideas on how to fix them correctly?

One thing to note is that I’ve also seen these pulseaudio errors in my fedora VMs. Some of my fedora VMs have also crashed recently - sys-net being the latest example. I’m not sure what I’m expected to do here. If debian or pulseaudio can detect that something is obsolete and should be removed, why am I expected to fix that? Shouldn’t this be fixed by either Qubes, Debian, or pulseaudio? I really don’t want to mess around with the template. I also have not changed anything in any of my templates or kernels except installing updates, so I’m not sure what has caused this or what I’m supposed to be doing to fix these (assuming one of these is causing the qubes to crash).
