Debian-10-minimal update failed: repository changes its 'Version' value from '10.9' to '10.10'

Hi all. On my debian-10 minimal the updates were failing because of the error bellow. I just wanted to check if this something to be expected.

root@debian-10-minimal:# apt update
Get:1 https://deb.debian.org/debian buster InRelease [122kB]

This is expected, Debian 11 was officially released as the stable version so 10 is changing to oldstable.

At the same time, Debian 10 got a new .version from 10.9 to 10.10

**The problem you're addressing (if any)** Qubes OS has two methods of updati…ng qubes: - Non-interactively via Salt, which is the preferred method. - Interactively, via `qubes.InstallUpdatesGUI`. However, non-interactive updates have limits. Arch does not support them at all, and on Debian non-interactive updates will not be able to prompt users for configuration choices via debconf. Furthermore, Salt is unfamiliar to existing users. Last, but not least, Salt has substantial overhead. **Describe the solution you'd like** We should support interactive updates as well as non-interactive ones.
