Loaded the latest Qubes on a new box. Would like to install/activate Kali. Can someone advise the current status of Kali
I have search the forum and found a number of Kali posts. But nothing clear on if Kali is stable on the latest Qubes release.

Kali Linux is always rolling, never stable.
You can use ParrotOS 6.4 as stable alternative. Morph of Debian-12-xfce Qube template into ParrotOS with official script work well.
As long as you can accept risk of template expose to network for morph proccess.

then its pretty much plug and play for the price of an RPi, and 90 bucks a year.
Of course you don’t actually need the RPi, but that’s what makes it easy!
NOTE
The hardware option will inevitably force your entire machine (All Qubes) through the same VPN tunnel:
Qube/S > With or withoutTor > Hardware VPN > Outside world
