Can't add gpg keys to template

Hi I just started using it and I’m having trouble, please tell me how to get around this. I open the terminal of the template to add the vivaldi or wine key gpg repository. But I always get an error. Resolving repo.vivaldi.com (repo.vivaldi.com)... failed: Tempory failure in name resolution. wget: unable to resolve host address 'repo.vivaldi.com' Thanks

@demi: I am not sure packaging public keys is the solution. Teaching and taking by the hand is, while global documentation (@adw: core) explaining how to add GPG keys should also be core, IMHO.
