Much of the time the cpu % in Qubes Domains is 50% for sys-net or more (even if no vm’s are running) while, at the same time, the Sensors widget shows zero to low single digits cpu %.
Which is right? and why the difference?
Could the Pure boot being librem-installed with admin=3, user=3 (even though there is only one user - me!) have any connection?
