I created a VM and have allocated 4 VPUs to it. It is using 90 percent of CPUs at time. Does this mean 90 percent of the computer CPUs are used or does this mean 90 percent of the 4 VPUs are used and I can allocate more VPUs to increase performance?

How do I determine the number of processors I have to allocate?
When I use xempm, which doesn’t work well, it sometimes can’t find processors and refers to some as working and some it just ignores. Is there a command to use?
there is no rule, this depend how many qubes you need to have to run in parallel with good performance, and how many cores you have in your processor.
