I did not know there was a limit like this. I do not think I can edit a
previous reply. Is this one of those things where I am at wrong level or
is it insurmountable?

I have replied on that topic, breaking your consecutive reply pattern.

Neither, this is the default limit for Discourse configuration, but the value can be changed by the admin.

When I comment in the Forum I speak for myself.

@unman I’m guessing this could get annoying for email users, since there is no way to edit one’s post.

Is this a problem you (or others) using the forum via email run into often? If so, I’d say I could check with other mods on increasing this.

afaik this is the first time. Now I know of the limit I’ll make sure I
dont hit it in the future. (Gathering thoughts before hitting y is
a good idea in any case.)
