Hey, I’ve been trying to get Qube OS up and running for a while now but haven’t succeeded yet. I hope someone can help me.
With the second install, after “Setting up networking” I get an error of sys-firewall failed with connection to the VM failed. See image below.
If I click away this error, Qubes OS can just start up, but if I want to open sys-net settings, for example, I get the same error with "Connection to the VM failed. This is not only for sys-net but for any services /qubes. See image below.

After the first install, after I click “reboot system” my screen is stuck on a black screen but I can still move my cursor but it won’t reboot to the second step of the installation. To go to that second step, I power off the laptop via the power button and restart it via the power button. Then I can go to the second step of the installation, but what I had already read that maybe some files could be corrupted?
In “UEFI troubleshooting” I saw the problem that I also have after the first installation, but I only have BIOS on my laptop so what was to be expected that solution did not work for me. (UEFI troubleshooting | Qubes OS)
