Hi, yes this time the ANDROID Device shows up in the left pane of the sys-usb file manager. So far, so good. The files I like to transfer are stored in an AppQube called Multimedia. I can not access the multimedia files in THUNAR File manager, however the ANDROID Device does not show up, again.
Copy the files from the Multimedia qube to sys-usb and then copy them to the android in sys-usb.
Ok…many thanks for your very kind help and support.
What a cumbersome system.
I would like to make 2 suggestions:
- Please add the ANDROID Connectivity into the base system to be readily available at system startup. I am sure, that I am not the only one of who is looking for this feature to work out of the box and without any additional hassle.
1.a As well for IOS lovers.
- Please document in a seperate How To clearly all the steps to be undertaken by a user in a detailed and easy manner to be able to upgrade a current system with this feature with ease.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
regards, hitam
