DNS-over-TLS video is a dead link and no longer available on YouTube. And that is exactly what I wanted to watch and do today

qvm-clone fedora-32 stubby-template
dnf install -stubby-
vim /etc/stubby/stubby.yml
Edit (#) about 15-17 lines
systemctl enable stubby.service
sudo shutdown -h now
I have to watch the hole video but that should get you started
