Chain vpn -> tor safety

I want this to create this scheme: me-vpn-vpn-vpn-vpn-tor-website
Can i just create 4 standalones with this guide with different VPNs in each one(2 AmneziaWG VPN on rented VPSes, 1 WireGuard VPN on rented VPS, 1 Mullvad VPN) and chain them up together by selecting them in a netVM chain? How do i prevent DNS and other type of leaks with this setup?

Not related to your question, but chaining so many VPNs won’t make your anonymity any better, it might make it worse.
Just keep 1 of them, one that is paid anonymously like Mullvad (you can ditch the rented VPSs, you are the only one using them anyway), and connect to Tor with it.

If VPSes are located in Russia and China(2 of mines are) and my adversary is from USA, it probably will be impossible or take a long time to get logs from VPS providers

Businesses are different from governments, most will provide logs regardless of the geographic environment. Don’t rely on this method for your own security.
What you need is a pool of users on the same entry IP, not alone on 3 different VPS.

What do you recommend to add to the Me->MullvadVPN->tor->website scheme to be more anonymous? Outside of accessing public wifi with an antenna

Using 2 different public VPN services before Tor would be better than chaining 3 VPS in your case.
