Can't start Qubes 4.1.1 on HP Probook 650 G1

I’ve installed Qubes 4.1.1 onto a 64GB USB and I want to use a HP Probook 650 G1 I’ve purchased to run Qubes. In the BIOS, I’ve activated the Virtualization Technology (VTx), disabled SecureBoot and enabled Legacy Boot.

After booting from the USB where Qubes is installed, I select Qubes, with Xen hypervisor as the OS. After loading, I then type in the Disk password.

However, after I type in the password I get a black screen with the error message:

Warning: USB in dom0 is not restricted. Consider rd.qubes.hide_all_usb or usbcore.authorized_default=0.

Anyone know how to fix this?
Did I miss anything?
