### Are you providing feedback about a specific package or packages in testing?
<!--(If so, please list the package(s) here and [provide feedback in
`updates-status`](https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/testing/#providing-feedback),
linking to this issue.)-->
[`qubes-manager-4.1.17-1.fc32.noarch`](https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-manager/tree/v4.1.17-1)
### Affected component(s) or functionality
<!--(The component or functionality of Qubes OS that is not working as
expected.)-->
Display of Virtual DNS configuration in AppVM settings.
-----
### Brief summary
The *Virtual DNS* in all AppVM settings are not displayed correctly. They show:
`Virtual DNS: 1, 0, ., 1, 3, 9, ., 1, ., 1, , 1, 0, ., 1, 3, 9, ., 1, ., 2`
(*Typed this manually, could be slightly wrong.*)

Despite the setting being wrongly displayed, DNS resolution works and all AppVM's `/etc/resolv.conf` look good.
### How reproducible
<!--(At what rate does the bug occur when the steps to reproduce are
performed?)-->
This affects *all* AppVMs, *all* the time and across reboots.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Open Qubes Manager
2. Open AppVM settings (Basic tab)
3. Look at *Network* → *Virtual DNS* configuration
### Expected behavior
The virtual DNS settings should show:
`Virtual DNS: 10.139.1.1, 10.139.1.2`
### Actual behavior
`Virtual DNS: 1, 0, ., 1, 3, 9, ., 1, ., 1, , 1, 0, ., 1, 3, 9, ., 1, ., 2`
### Solutions you've tried
None, yet.
### Additional context
<!--(Provide any additional context that might help explain your problem. Also
consider providing terminal output, logs, and screenshots.)-->
I suspect that this has something to do with the parsing of the settings value(s), because DNS resolution is unaffected.
