unfortunately when i try to make the AppVM a disposable one this pops up:
" ERROR Advanced tab:
Invalid property ‘template_for_dispvms’ of “nameofmyvm”
Anyone can help regarding my issue?

Can you try setting it at command line in dom0 -
qvm-prefs nameofmyvm template_for_dispvms True

It seems that you’re trying to set the TemplateVM qube as disposable template and not AppVM qube.

Check the type of your nameofmyvm qube in its Settings → Basic tab → Type.
Is it TemplateVM or AppVM?
You can’t set TemplateVM as disposable template.
