I have a system from around 2017. It has 8gb ram and I believe a 6th generation intel i3. I’m trying to install from usb 3.0 to another 3.0 but I get that error and nothing can seem to resolve it. Don’t have anything bigger and fast enough available at the moment.
If you are installing from a USB stick you might want to check that the USB is in good condition or if the ISO was burned correctly without errors. With regards to your specs I think you need more memory at least 16GB or more for a better Qubes OS experience… Hope this helps…
