Can't hibernate and suspension doesn't work

I have enabled in the menu bar the hibernate option and the suspend option.
The hibernate option is grayed out and I can’t use it.
About the suspend option, I can use it, but when I turn on the PC again, the keyboard remains disabled and the screen remains off, so the only thing I can do is to force a shut down.
I would really like to use these two option, especially hibernation.
Can someone help, please?

Hibernation is not implemented in Qubes yet.

The suspend reliability depends on your hardware, which you didn’t specify. Sometimes tweaking is required to make it work. These devices are checked to have reliable suspend: Community-recommended computers

I have an ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PLUS. Also, what are the “tweakings” I could do?
