Can't access external hard drive connected through USB

Adding USB HDD as device removes partitions, isnt accessible. Adding partition, isnt accessible. So adding lower part as USB, then have removed notifications and noting shows. Here is screenshot if i unplug and try again, but this time attaching data partitions both: same disk 2 times 2 data partitions added, both show up- both error opening. 3rd drive Windows dual boot partition here shows up still with error only if first trying to add USB HDD.
