Can you randomize entry nodes in Qubes on each restart like Tails?

TAILS randomizes the entry node upon restart, is there anyway to configure the whonix-gw template to randomize the entry node in a similar way upon restart of the template? Is this possible with the tor configuration file?

Different question: Is the tor configuration file readable by tor nodes? Can changes to it be used to de-obfsucate users?
