Hello! If I add a proxy in Tor Browser that is in Whonix disposable (like through some extension-addon) with sys-whonix as netvm, can it deanonymize my traffic?
Will it be:
me → sys-whonix (torified) → proxy in Tor Browser → website
or
me → sys-whonix (but not torified, something broke) → proxy in Tor Browser → website
Can that proxy added in Tor Browser break some tor connection?
On the internet I read that proxy can break torification in Tor Browser but it was probably on some Windows Tor Browser. In Qubes it is in Whonix and it has it’s own gateway (sys-whonix) so I wonder if it works the same way (breaks or not).

The former. Even an outright malicious client VM whose network is provided by a Whonix Gateway based VM (such as sys-whonix) is not supposed to be able to just un-torify itself. So whatever questionable configuration you deploy purely within a client VM should not make a difference in this regard.
