Can I make GrapheneOS VM?

I want to use a smartphone app called Briar messenger. https://briarproject.org/
But the desktop version of this app is under development and I want to install the smartphone app. So please tell me how to create a GrapheneOS VM.

Perhaps these two discussions should be merged along the lines of implementing the desktop version of Briar. Since the app uses Bluetooth, WiFi, and Tor for messaging I’m not even sure which template would be best suited, or if attempting a debian-minimal version would be reasonable.
